There are many health benefits connected to the practice of yoga. Improved flexibility and balance, muscle tone, better sleep, and peace of mind are just a few of the many perks of yoga. If you haven’t tried it, today is a good day to begin. Start slow. Start easy. Get the whole family involved. Relax. Tune up your mind. Tone up your body.
